Hole Eighteen

Long, dog leg left - an excellent finishing hole.

A 'corker' of a finishing hole, pictureseque and the last of the 400m plus par 4s for men. (Par 5 for women). Dog leg left and dams right, but plenty of room if you play the correct line. A creek runs under the trees on the right making it the wrong way to go on the second shot. A slightly left approach works well to attack the green but beware the bunker located 20m short left of the green and avoid the right side overhanging tree which will block any lofted approach shot from that side. Hole out and head to the Nineteenth.

Hole One

An interesting start to the round... a not over long par 5 plays a little longer due to the gently rising fairway. A Birdie chance from the outset!

Hole Two

A short Par 4 dominated by water hazards on the left. A good tee shot to a rise in the fairway allows for an approach shot of 130m to a small green with narrow approach.

Hole Three

A picturesque par 3 guarded by majestic 100 year old red gums. The first of two "signature" Par 3s on the course, this an excellent test of accuracy.

Hole Four

An uphill Par 4, requiring good fairway position for the second shot at a green that is long and tiered. Putting requires skill and touch on this green.

Hole Five

'Blind' par 5 needing a straight drive with hills-face at left and severe slope falling away at right, the fairway is generous and holds little fear if the blind tee shot is straight.

Hole Six

The Second 'Signature' Par 3. From an elevated tee, across a well grassed valley, to a green protected by three bunkers on the right, this hole will excite golfers of all standards.

Hole Seven

A gentle rise to the crown of the hill makes this tee shot blind. Slight dog leg left midway and a generous size green with bunkering left and testing bunker behind.

Hole Eight

Another blind tee shot needing a shot finishing to the right to hold the fairway before an approach to a green that is 20m below the elevation of the fairway at the 150m marker.

Hole Nine

Dog-leg right downhill, the tee will tempt the long hitters to take on the trees to the right. A good open green that slopes front to back and gently left.

Hole Ten

Leading away from the clubhouse, the elevated green is guarded front and right by a large bunker. Beware not to overshoot with 'Out of Bounds' directly behind the green.

Hole Eleven

A good uphill challenge, what seems like a short Par 4 is an illusion as the second shot even with a reasonable drive to a slight dog leg right is a mid iron to a well-elevated green.

Hole Twelve

Blind, Downhill And Straight. Be careful with this drive - too far left and you will be 'Out of Bounds', too far right and you will be in the trees.

Hole Thirteen

Par 5 but position is vital. A straight drive to the right hand side of a generously wide fairway will set the player up for a second shot that still requires a right hand side approach.

Hole Fourteen

A straight forward par 3 for the right tee shot. Not a 'postage stamp' green but a tee shot placed for an uphill putt is required for this hole.

Hole Fifteen

Blind tee shot and difficult green to earn the par 4. A blind tee shot to the 150m mark for a straight shot to the green requiring a left hand approach from the tee.

Hole Sixteen

Dog-leg right and long, narrow green. An elevated tee allows the player to see two thirds of the fairway length but the green is obscured behind the trees on the dog-leg right.

Hole Seventeen

A short par 4 if you avoid 'The Gatekeeper'. A dog leg right, slightly uphill tee shot needs to avoid the 'gate keeper', a large gum tree on the right.
