The Vines Golf Club Has A New Organisational Structure

As a result of our  restructure there has been a reduction in the number of specific administrative roles. The reporting and administrative functions for the positions of  Bar Manager, Hospitality Manager, Golf Operations Manager and Finance and Membership Manager have been consolidated into the single position of Operations Manager. The roles of all other staff in those areas are ‘now  hands’ on for 100% of their rostered hours. The Operations Manager has also taken on the responsibility for Workplace Health & Safety which is an area that had been previously neglected.

While the General Manager, Operations Manager and Course Superintendent are now the management roles that are predominantly strategic positions you will continue to see them working in operations to support the teams.
