250g Slow roasted beef sirloin marinated with garlic and thyme and cooked to medium, served with caramelised onion mash, baby carrots with a sauce au poivre

Oven baked chicken breast filled with south Australian smoked ham and locally sourced brie served with duchess potatoes, broccolini and topped with a white wine creamy sage sauce

Poached pears in a spiced red wine glaze served with a dash of mascarpone cream
